1. Connect the air pump to the Sauna Cabin and pump with air until it can stand naturally uncollapsed. Connect the air-stopper to the Cabin's Air Input tube. 2. Connect the Sauna Cabin to the Steam generator using the steam tube. 3. Fill the steam generator with water up to the water level. When using the sauna with Chinese herbs, put one tea-bag on the water. 4. Insert the plug into a suitable mains socket and turn on the mains. The POWER light will switch on. 5. Turn the TIMER knob to 10 minutes. When the steam is producing, turn the TIMER again for the desired period of sauna time. Maximum 40 minutes at water level. 6. Sit inside the Sauna Cabin using a waterproof chair or stool and zip up the Cabin. 7. Use a hand fan to distribute hot air inside the Cabin. Do not take a sauna for long time or when uncomfortable. 8. When finished, dry the Cabin with a towel befre deflating.
